LINKHORN BAY APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I been living at Linkhorn Bay for almost 1 year and I love it! It's close to many restaurants, parks and beach accesses but also tucked away in a neighborhood where it's nice and quiet. Their gym is large with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna! They also have indoor bike storage rooms and an outdoor pool for the summer time. The leasing office is always friendly and helpful. They even host seasonal events for their residence! I'm glad I found an apartment at Linkhorn Bay!.

I am finally living in my dream place! I feel like I am on vacation! From start to finish such a wonderful experience. Several things to enjoy! Two pools one outside and one inside, hot tub, gym and sauna and a package center. The whole neighborhood is amazing and everyone is quiet and friendly. Plenty of parking. My balcony which is HUGE is over looking the fountain. Plan to stay a long time.

Cory and Dwayne are the best maintenance people I’ve ever met. Friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable. They fixed up our outlets and hot water and came up to check in and see everything is still working. Its good to know that we have such reliable team here!.

MIDTOWN AT TOWN CENTER REVIEWS

I moved to Virginia Beach almost a year ago with the Navy. Fortunately I was able to look at a few different apartments in the area before making the move. Since the time I was apartment shopping, this property has always impressed me. The location is great and easy waking distance to Town Center. Also not more than 20-25 min from Norfolk and the Oceanfront. Living by myself, security was a top priority for me, and I feel very secure with the key pad entry and comfortable property. I've been most impressed with the staff. The maintenance staff are always extremely helpful. The front officer staff is amazing- always know my name when ever I walk down there, and they are constantly planning events for the residents. I highly recommend this property to anyone new to the area!.

We have lived at Midtown for a year now and absolutely love it! Large bedrooms, all walk-in closets, open concept living area. The office staff girls are so nice and always available to help and are great at keeping us informed of anything we need to know. They also are always having fun events for everyone! Maintenance requests are always completed quickly. We love living here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality apartment home.

LOVE my apartment, for the price you pay and the amenities area/safety its definitely worth it. The Staff/management/maintenance all Kind People. Love Living at Midtown.

We have lived here for the past three years. Jessica has done a great job with the new management. She is very personable, attentive, responsive and communicative. Valetta and Joy are always helpful and the entire staff are a pleasure to be around. They have fun and creative events at the clubhouse that my husband and I bring our boys to all the time. Thank you for all that you do! We also had a great experience with Dee, a maintenance technician at Cambria apartments. He was very efficient, quick, polite and thorough with the things we needed fixed in our apartment. Thank you Jason and Dee for all you do in the maintenance department. You are appreciated !.

The team is absolutely excellent. Dee one of the maintenance men is always so fast to come check and fix anything in the apartment. He is so kind and great with communication! Cambria is clean and I always feel as if I’m in a safe environment. I love living here!.

This review is for Mike, a member of the maintenance team. He is always polite and fixes all our issues in one go. He genuinely cares about our safety and us having a functioning apartment. I really appreciate all the work he has done for us.
