JAM has great service and takes good care of my car whenever I bring it in. As an overnight worker I really appreciate their after hours service since I'm usually asleep during business hours. They also do a great job communicating and coordinating with you. Definitely my preferred shop.

They have a very easy to use online booking system that makes it a breeze to schedule service. Joe our service advisor is great to deal with, but actually all the people there are wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly analyzed the problem with the AC in my vehicle and in the process identified other important services needed. I wasn’t able to stay with my vehicle so I received a ride home ( and was picked up the next day) when I was able to come back and get the car. The people were very helpful and dependable. Very pleased with appointment and same day service with very little wait time. Oil change was completed professionally and with respect for interior of my vehicle, very different experience from another shop that left residue on the steering wheel. One can actually have their oil change on their lunch break with time to spare. Schedule an appointment with Davis professionals. The goodie bag was a nice touch.

Let me just tell you. From the second I walked in I felt like I’d been coming here for years. My family owns a garage and this place gave me the same feel when I walked in. The guy behind the counter even gave me a tour of the new detail bay they just opened up. I will be taking my car back for detailing! I know a good bit about cars being raised around a shop. They did price some things out for me but didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need right now. It was more so I can see their pricing for when I’m ready for new tires. I’m new to VA so I’ve been trying to find a shop and I found my shop.
