Forrest Sewer Pump Service has been amazing and is my go to for any issues. I have never had a sewer pump before moving to this area (military) so when my backyard filled up with water and my downstairs bathroom started to flood I panicked, it was a holiday weekend (only time things break at my house…) my boyfriend was deployed and I was in freak out mode. Derrick came on his way to see his own family in the area, ruined his clothes and ran late just to help me until David could come out. Then today 3yrs later I had an issue and David was the one on the service call, they came same day and resolved the problem. I could not be happier with their prompt responses when I call, and their amazing customer service. I would highly recommend using them for all your sewer plumbing needs.

Saved me on multiple occasions while having issues with our septic that affected an entire property. Cannot recommend them enough, and the guys that always come out for pumping have always been really nice and helpful.

Wonderful company. Prompt, professional, and more like a family even on the first time using them. My go-to for these services.

Septic I had made an appointment with Brown Plumbing and Septic back on 9/6/2024. That day came and went and no one showed. I called another company and had it taken care of. Fast forward to today 12/9/2024 … a nice young man named Jacob from Brown Plumbing and Septic called to say they found my ticket from September and they were sorry it was overlooked and to see if I still needed service. It takes a big man to admit to his error and I wanted to take the time to publicly THANK HIM!!!! Thank you Jacob.

Brown’s Septic came out on an emergency call and quickly discovered the issue with my septic. They saved me a lot of money by discovering the pump was incorrectly installed when the system was originally built (by a different company). The crew was extremely knowledgeable and got my system up and running again. The company that did the inspection when I bought the house failed to catch the issue or actually empty the tanks. Brown’s Septic has earned my business and I will call them again if I need septic service.

Excellent job! Jacob was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone needing Brown’s services.

Reached out on Facebook for a recommendation and a Pungo local responded and tagged MDM on Sunday. MDM responded almost immediately and asked if we needed an emergency call or if it could wait until the next day. My high alarm had gone off but decided to wait until the next morning. Driver, Mr Williams, arrived promptly before 8:30 and went right to work. He even dug up the middle chamber access which had not been pumped by previous servicer ten years ago when the last pump failed. Very thorough pumping, back washing and final rinse. Highly recommend if you are in need.

September 13 Dennis came out to pump my septic. He was very professional. He was on time. He was thorough and answered all my questions. September 19 James and Mark came out to replace a part on my pump or septic and they too were very professional very nice on time. I would highly recommend MDM SEPTIC.

My first time using MDM. They were scheduled for a pump out. Some internal scheduling problem caused them to call and reschedule a few days later. No problems. They showed up promptly, pumped, and I thought the price was reasonable and fare.
