KUMON MATH AND READING CENTER OF VIRGINIA BEACH REVIEWS

We love it here! My son is passionate about math and is doing great in school, but I decided to enroll him in this program to give him a head start for college applications one day. Initially, he found the repetition a bit boring, but Nicole was incredibly helpful and accommodating, finding ways to keep the lessons interesting for him. Another challenge was the daily practice, but as the saying goes, practice makes perfect— now my son finishes his work in no time. He can solve problems in his head and even surprised his grandma, who is a Math and Physics teacher, with how advanced he is. Thank you, Nicole and Jeanette, for all the hard work and dedication you put into helping our kids succeed.

I have recently enrolled my daughter in Kumon. Due to the lack of in class studies, she was getting shy and losing focus. Our decision for joining Kumon has proved to be a good idea. We got a thorough orientation of the programs offered in Kumon. All their instructors, specially Ms. Nicole is very kind and helpful. I am seeing my daughter getting excited to do her work. She is making less mistakes and in fact their system lets her learn from the little mistakes with daily exercises. I would suggest parents to enroll their child at a younger age so they have a strong base for Maths and Reading.

My daughter has been going to Princess Anne Road Kumon center. Ms. Nicole, Ms. Jeanette, and their entire team are so helpful, caring and understanding. They are passionate about enabling kids get better in their Math and Reading skills. My daughter showed quick improvement in her Math and Reading competence. I am glad we found this place.

This place was the BEST!!! From the first phone call to schedule my sons evaluation to the very last day they made me feel so comfortable. My son had been having difficulty and was going to be held back not only did they reassure me that they could catch him up BUT before I knew it he was trying to read everything and anything. I was so nervous because my son can get distracted easily and the thought of him sitting for a long period of time and focusing made me question of this could truly work. Not only did it work he gained major confidence in himself and abilities. He was celebrated on his last night of his session with a certificate that he read aloud. My daughter who was not being tutored even looked forward to picking her brother up for a chance to get a question right and get a sweet treat. Amazing people! Amazing program! It would be a mistake to go to anyone else. Trust me, I did my homework on tutors in the area.

Great tutoring service. They are pretty flexible with schedule times around our availability. Also having the option to get in some Tutoring session on the weekend or via zoom so it doesn’t interfere with too much already going on with school and sports is great.

The staff are truly wonderful, patient and understanding. My son enjoyed attending his sessions, and progressed so much under their guidance.

MATHNASIUM OF VIRGINIA BEACH REVIEWS

My experience was with the ease of signing my daughter up. Simple instructions on making appointments and canceling them. As far as my daughter's concern she loves the staff no matter which one she is practicing with. In just the few weeks of starting her grades already went up. She has more confidence and homework is a little easier for her. Granite she is in an Algebra 2 / trigonometry class Mathnasium has made it much easier for her to pass. She anticipates during the summer should be able to practice on the next class should be going in statistics. I can say the money we spend is not wasted in our daughter's education. It has been great for us.

Mathnasium of South Virginia Beach is amazing! Since my boys started attending, their math skills (and grades) have improved greatly. They no longer complain about doing math homework and actually look forward to their sessions. Michael Tate and his outstanding staff of instructors focus on each and every student to instill confidence and make learning fun.

Love this place from Mangment to tutors , they are the best . Highly recommend this tutoring center to any parent seeking a supportive and effective learning environment for their child.
