I have to say I have never had a better experience at a car dealership. Brendan Brown was excellent and has gone above and beyond multiple times for me throughout the car buying process. I can’t say enough good things. Honestly if Brendan wasn’t the one who helped me pick and purchase my new car I probably would not have left with a brand new 2025 Civic Sport Touring Hybrid. Great place great team.

This was the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. Huge thank you to Marcellous! He took time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was absolutely marvelous.

I actually used to sell cars, so when I first came in to Checkered Flag, I kind of expected a negotiation that could last for several hours… I knew what I wanted to pay for the car and I knew pretty close what my trade-in was worth and we have an excellent credit rating so I kind of knew what the interest rate should be on the portion that we wanted to finance….. anyway, they actually surpassed what we were expecting without any arm twisting on my part….. if you’re like me and are very tired of the game that some car dealers play, you should go to Checkered Flag… we dealt with Darryl and Dante… they were both excellent.

Buying my car was a great experience. I did a lot of “homework” and thought it would be uncomfortable at best. Erik Tabron was excellent. He explained they are a no haggle dealership and what that means. I thought it was a line. Nope. He gave me the OTD price immediately, was respectful of my choices, and I got a fair deal. Price was in line with national averages for sold comps. No hard sell on accessories, tinting, etching, etc. the dealership was clean and professional. A stellar experience.

I love the no haggle pricing and efforts Jin, Daryl, and Chris made to help me get my wife her dream vehicle at a great price and with minimal stress. Free oil changes benefit is a great added touch. I wish I found Checkered Flag Toyota for my four prior Toyota purchases also. Highly recommend.
