The Bed Store Knoxville

We recently purchased a California king size mattress with foundationsfrom the The Bed Store on Chapman Highway. Our salesperson was Doug Lesher and his assistance was very helpful and professional. He asked and listened to our comments concerning sleep habits and made recommendations on firmness and style, with additional suggestion for our bonus shoulder cutout pillows. The bed store has a great selection of mattresses at a great price. The salesman was awesome. No high pressure sales. Beds for my kids were delivered when said and the guys took them all upstairs with no damage and made sure we were happy. One bed we ended up needing a low profile box spring. They left the one that was to high (our fault not the bed store) till the new one came in. They will be coming out to exchange box spring and we were so pleased with them we ordered new mattress for our bed. Highly recommend the bed store and see Doug. He was awesome.

Doug is so friendly and helpful every time we come in! He is very knowledgeable about anything and everything regarding helping you sleep better. We have been in there several times and enjoy anytime we've went.
