I discovered some termite droppings in my backyard. Called the Bugman and (Lulu ) very nicely and promptly made an appointment to have a technician to take care of the problem. Ignacio Lopez was the technician who came to solve the problem. He was very professionally dressed, showed extensive knowledge about termites and verbalized very well how to deal with them. He was very effective, prompt and very thorough. I loved the way he cleaned everything after he finished his work.Great attitude and very charismatic! It is great to have someone to come to your house to solve a termite house problem and have such a positive and fun attitude! Thanks Bug Man!
