I was very happy with todays service-the technician was so nice and very easy going, It's hard to find anyone to still provide great customer service. He was polite and patient because I asked him to do several specific areas because the neighbors to us are starting to bring bugs due to the trash outside. So we haven't had any major issues with bugs so he really helped me get the area done to prevent those from next door. Very sweet guy

Clay was my technician and he took care of business! I explained my issues to him and the second he started applying the treatment, all insects ran for dear life. Great attention to detail on both the interior and exterior of the home. I have requested, Clay be my technician moving forward!

Just had my monthly service from Romex. Ivan Ruiz was my technician. He was polite thorough and fast. I’d recommend Romex. Their priced are very good compared to others. I love the communication. They let you know exactly who will be servicing you before they show up.
