Embark Pet Spa

I was instantly impressed from the moment I booked the appointment over the phone. The staff answered quickly and were very friendly. We have a 4 year old samoyed who resists being bathed and brushed. Chris (I believe was his name) did a phenomenal job. My husband came home from work and instantly commented on how perfect his trim and fur itself looked. He’s whiter than the previous groomer ever got him and SO SOFT. You can tell Chris spends time with attention to detail on every step of the grooming process. His feet are trimmed beautifully and his front legs which were previously a little matted/snarly messes are now beautiful soft flowing locks. Despite having a difficult client chris killed it. I could go on and on. We are so appreciative. Embark is more expensive than our last groomer but so worth it!

Due to where I live and having to go a bit out of my way go here, I've tried finding alternative options closer to me. I've gone through probably 4 other groomers in trying to find someone that operates close to embarks level. No one has come close. They are always pleasant to work with and my dogs look so fresh and so clean (so fresh and so clean!!).

I bring both of my dogs for nail trims. One does very well but the other one is terrified to even go inside. They have patience, kind and gentle with him. I highly recommend this place. They also do grooming.
