Amazing experience! This was my first time bringing my very energetic golden to get groomed. I got a full service done and he looked incredible and was so soft! I will definitely be coming back! Kristy was amazing with him and very patient. She even helped bring him inside since I had my newborn with me. There’s not enough that can be said about this place! Thank you guys so much for such a positive experience.

Honestly I’ve never found a better pet store. They offer holistic food lines that both my cats and dog love. They also special order for kitties who are super picky eaters. Every single time I’ve come in whether it was for their retail side or their self-serve grooming, I’ve never experienced anything less than top-notch customer service and friendliness. 100% my favorite pet place.

Been coming here with my pup for a little over a year, and the service is always exceptional. Amazing customer service, and amazing treatment of the animals. Highly recommend this place to anyone in VB.
