We love our mattress. The whole experience was great. The employee explained the whole history behind the store and the owner, we learned a lot about how their mattresses are made compared to their competitors. I wholeheartedly believe our mattress is better than anything else. I used to struggle to fall asleep so much and would wake up with sore hips and aching back, this mattress doesn’t make me feel that way and I’m also amazed with the mattress not sinking in when I sit on the edge. I truly believe we made a great choice coming here. Thank you for giving me plenty nights of good sleep.

There's no denying they make a high-quality product. Unfortunately their less expensive beds weren't for me and their more comfortable ones were out of my price range for now. However, I would definitely consider getting my next mattress here once I'm ready to pay more for a high-quality long-lasting option. The sales person, Michelle, was excellent, friendly, and informative. I'm grateful for options like this.

We were able to go to the store meet the great staff and explore the options we reviewed previously. Our agent was David, and he guided us through the process of gaging our personal sleep number. Then after we selected the model we wanted the paperwork was hassle free. David was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We are looking forward to years a comfort on our new bed.

Great experience! My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and is experiencing excruciating back & hip pain. I called Sleep Number the day before to check on hours and ask a few questions regarding the quality of beds, I spoke with Orlando. His customer service was exceptional, not only did he greet us by our names when we walked into the store the next day, but he is very knowledgeable about the product and the science behind the beds, but he was very patient with my husband as it took time for him to test the beds as it is a challenge to get in and out of them. I really appreciate his attentiveness and highly recommend visiting Orlando at Lynnhaven Mall.
