The facility is clean, staff are courteous, & they met all of my medical needs. I had the pleasure of working not only with Mark, but his intern Daniel LaBelle. I worked with him for weeks and he did an amazing job helping me regain my strength. I originally found Caleb after I was dealing with plantar Fasciitis pain for over a year. I had tried everything my physician had told me to do, and nothing was improving. On day one, Caleb worked with me and discovered my problem stemmed from years of playing competitive sports and my years of abuse/compensation led to weakened muscles around the source. Through our time, I have strengthened those other muscles and no longer have the PF pain I once had. I learned so much about my body mechanics and through Caleb’s patience and attentiveness, I have come back to the sports I once loved. Can’t recommend caleb enough !!!
NorCal Physio is great. I train jiu jitsu in the Sacramento area (Precision JJ) and given the nature of the sport, injuries can occur frequently. I have experienced this quite a bit. I've had significant back/hip issues, injuries to ribs, knees, shoulders and elbows, and I’ve seen Doctor Caleb for all of these. Not only did he spend significant time assessing and evaluating the issues, he put in the time creating a specific protocols for me, rather than just generic movements/exercises etc. He also performs hands on treatment (scraping, cupping, etc.) which generally provides immediate relief to help kick off the recovery process. With all of these, I have Doctor Caleb has been able to get me back to training within reasonable time frames. Ultimately, injuries suck, but NorCal Physio makes them suck less. Thanks!
Highly recommend anyone who has a sports injury or any type of physical pain to check out Nor Cal Physio. I separated my AC Joint in my shoulder 3 times playing football and Nor Cal Physio has made the pain basically go away. I also strained my hamstring where it only took 5 weeks to get back to normal with the help of DR. Caleb and DR. Eric.

Honestly, I have been with Select Physical therapy for 4 weeks now. I was in very bad shape when I went there. Working with Diane and Eddie for the past 4 weeks, has made a big positive difference in my life, since I've been on this journey.., I was literally a crash dummy when I walked in there, yea, I got issues, there working on that still, but the improvements are amazing..., thank you..., the whole team is fabulous ..Diane, Eddie, Antone, Dennis.
They are awesome. Select Physical Therapy uses hands on techniques and exercises to get a patient to their goal of pain management compared to other PT clinics, which use the latest technology, such as electrodes and ultrasounds, which is nice, but does not manipulate the muscles the same. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable.
