Jesse and the whole team are amazing! I have been to so many physical therapists that basically give you a seemingly random list of exercises to do and then leave you alone to complete. Jesse and all of his team truly provided one on one expertise - explaining, adjusting and customizing each session and exercise to where I was that day. Plus they’re super responsive and accessible. They honestly feel like personal training sessions, not just PT!

I absolutely love District Performance Physio, especially Ariella Bickell! The owner, Jesse, is excellent and his therapists are amazing as well. Ariella helped my hamstrings get strong and more flexible to the point that I could run the Army 10 Miler pain free. Prior to working with her, I had pain in each step. Grateful for her special touch which has allowed me to run again!

I worked closely with TJ on some pelvic floor issues and could not be happier. He has technical knowledge, as well as an excellent manner. His work was effective and he was clear with follow-up on what I could be doing on my own to expedite my recovery. Highly recommend District Performance.
