If you need a really good optometrist, Washington Eye Doctors is the place for you! Great service all the way around, from the receptionist, to Avis R (technician), Dr. Steven Abraham, and to the eye glass/prescription technician, made me feel comfortable and important. Avis was great, she has been in the practice for more than 30 years!!! Thank you to everyone at Washington Eye Doctors!.

I would recommend this office to anyone. I had something really painful in my eye and need to be seen immediately which my current doctor couldn’t do, so I was a new patient. The paperwork took no time at all. I was seen same day within two hours of calling. The doctor figured out my problem within 20 minutes of my exam and poking/proding around. (she didn’t literally poke or prod my eye) - she was very gentle. She dilated my eye so there was no pain. She then prescribed the right meds. I had a follow up appointment the week after and everything looked good. I’m switching to this office for my eye needs in the future.

I’ve been going to Washington Eye Doctors for over 7 years, Dr. Abraham is extremely professional and efficient (he’s the best). The entire staff is amazing and extremely responsive and helpful. You can schedule an appointment online which is also a game changer. Highly recommend!.

I had the absolute BEST experience last week at Visionary Eye Doctors! The staff in general is professional, friendly, attentive and they communicate effectively. The most exceptional part of my visit was my interaction with Raquel Ficca! Raquel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Additionally, she was extremely patient and empathetic towards my bubbly, inquisitive 6.5 year old daughter who asked her a billion questions about every device she saw. Raquel is genuinely the kindest most patient person and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to everyone because of her consummate customer service! We sincerely appreciate the warmth and attentiveness.

My first time here was by referral from my PCP for my eye exam, and the service was excellent from the receptionist to the doctors, but as always, there are exceptions, and nothing is perfect, and not all employees work with the same passion. Some do it for money only. I felt the doctor was honest based on my issue and wasn't trying to get money from my insurance, but we will see what happens and make an update to this review. Overall place is clean, organized, and decent; directions to get there are not clear, but you will make it.

Amazing service at the Conn Ave location. The staff was very friendly and efficient from check in to check out. Dr. Saeed was great! I didn’t feel rushed, she took her time and explained the examination. I felt very comfortable.

Dr. Matthew Yen was very attentive to my needs. He heard as I told him about a previous exam experience at a different chain. He was patient as I made sure the lenses were not fogging up during the reading exam. He ensured that the contact lenses were aligned and decided to try a different pair that ended up being the perfect fit for my eyes. The Total 1 contacts are by far the most comfortable contacts I have ever tried on. Thank you, Dr. Yen!.

Great curteous and professional experience . I came a liitle early and was checked in by a technician. The wait was short and exam completed . All questions were answered up front for a contact lens fitting .

The LensCrafters staff member was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr Wen is a pleasure to see.
