JESSE LEWIS, DPT, OCS, CSCS - DISTRICT PERFORMANCE & PHYSIO REVIEWS
Jesse and the whole team are amazing! I have been to so many physical therapists that basically give you a seemingly random list of exercises to do and then leave you alone to complete. Jesse and all of his team truly provided one on one expertise - explaining, adjusting and customizing each session and exercise to where I was that day. Plus they’re super responsive and accessible. They honestly feel like personal training sessions, not just PT!
I absolutely love District Performance Physio, especially Ariella Bickell! The owner, Jesse, is excellent and his therapists are amazing as well. Ariella helped my hamstrings get strong and more flexible to the point that I could run the Army 10 Miler pain free. Prior to working with her, I had pain in each step. Grateful for her special touch which has allowed me to run again!
I worked closely with TJ on some pelvic floor issues and could not be happier. He has technical knowledge, as well as an excellent manner. His work was effective and he was clear with follow-up on what I could be doing on my own to expedite my recovery. Highly recommend District Performance.

ROBERT ROGACKI, PT, DPT, MDT, OCS, CMTPT - THERAPYDIA DC PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
I had frozen shoulder and after six months of Therapydia PT I felt so much better. I was able to get back to regular exercise. Everyone here is excellent at what they do. I was happy to get the recommendation and find Therapydia and I hope this helps someone know that they will be helped here too.
My experience with Therapydia has been excellent. I came in last month with a strained hamstring, related knee pain, and shoulder pain. Angelo was able to diagnose the precise problem on the first day and provide me with a plan to fix the issues, primarily stretching and exercise. Since then I’ve made significant and steady progress in healing these issues; the plan and treatment really do work.
Best physical therapy practice I've been to. The front desk was friendly and organized. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

KELLY LEININGER, PT, DPT, CSCS - WASHINGTON WELLNESS PHYSICAL THERAPY & SPORTSCARE REVIEWS
Kelly Leninger at Washington Wellness knows her business when it comes to helping people with musculoskeletal issues. Charles's knee pain on stairs has been significantly reduced as a result of the care she has provided. She also identified and is working on other issues that affect normal, every-day mobility. We recommend her highly.
As someone who has seen many physical therapists for injuries/surgeries in the past, I can say with absolute confidence that Kelly is one of the best!! Dr. Kelly Leininger (the owner) helped me make a full recovery from two major shoulder surgeries over the past year. She understands where her patients are, where they're looking to go, and she couples that with an unparalleled understanding of the human body and how it recovers. Highly recommend Washington Wellness, Kelly, her team, and the facility -- always clean, safe, and on time as well (as a bonus!).
Washington Wellness is responsive, safe, professional, and offers amazing care with excellent resources. I can’t recommend this practice enough. Very convenient from Metro or City Center offices.
