A great experience with the Dr at the Hearing and speech center. She was kind, knowledgeable, detailed in her examination. Answered all our questions and concerns and made sure my device was cleaned and set properly after completing all my hearing tests. Would highly recommend!

The hearing and speech doctor was very professional and friendly . She talked with me and suggested future plans to continue my yearly visits. She also made me aware of future alarms to revisit as they happened. The front office staff was a delight as well.

As a new hearing aid client, I found Dr Kreidler to be very thorough in explaining all the technicalities and considering my specific issues. I feel quite confident in her advice. She is a very kind and pleasant person. The experience with the hearing aids has been very good, and it's great working with her.

The doctor is amazing with children. I really enjoyed the service and appreciated how professional she was. The staff was amazing, and the facility was very charming and welcoming. My 9 year old son really enjoyed this experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jess Kreidler! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and heard. Was able to figure out what my issue was and resolve it. Highly recommend.

Her service is tailored to the needs of the client; communication is easy and there's no pressure. Ms.Ney is extremely well informed, explains patiently and makes the intricacies of wearing hearing aids super-easy.

Elise Ney is a professional audiologist who has a strong background in hearing issues. She did the most thorough hearing test I’ve ever had. She knew the hearing aides that would work best for me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. She paired by phone to my hearing aides. I strongly recommend her. Far better than other big companies!.
