I have been working with Rita for about 2 months now, and it has been an eye-opening experience. Rita is compassionate, an AMAZING listener and offers truly unconventional yet practical perspectives/approaches to the issue you have in life. I believe hypnotherapy sessions are deeply personal and everyone's experience will be different (which proves the wide range of knowledge, insight and wisdom Rita can offer to her clients.). So I would say give it a try and have your first assessment to see if it is a good fit. Hope everyone finds their peace.

I started going to Rita for crippling flight anxiety about three months ago. After my first hypnotherapy session, I had to get on a plane and was immediately able to use the tools she equipped me with. I had a much better flight (15 hours to Korea) right off the bat. Rita also worked with me to tackle my issues with getting to sleep within a normal timeframe, and how to find motivation to get my schoolwork done. I truly cannot recommend Rita enough. She is incredibly effective as a hypnotist and also just a lovely and funny human to be around.

I have had a fantastic experience working with Rita. She takes the time to really listen and respond to the issues I bring up and gives excellent advice. It feels like going to a life coach! The hypnosis itself is also effective and directly tied to the issues discussed with Rita before each session. Highly recommend!
