Wonderful experience with Dr. Roya Pilcher. My 5 year old daughter isn’t an easy client - she has trouble seating still. But Dr. Pilcher makes her feel so comfortable and really responds to her needs. She explains her every step and takes breaks if needed. If something doesn’t work, she has alternative ideas and won’t give up until the work is done and the little client is happy. We came to Dr. Pilcher from a different dental practice with some traumatic experience. Dr. Pilcher saved the situation - the teeth are in great shape (all dental work was done perfectly ) and my daughter loves her dentist! Highly recommended.
Dr. Roya is the best. We’ve been seeing her since my now-15-yr-old was 3. I brought that 15-yr-old in today for a lacrosse ball-to-the-jaw incident. Dr. Roya was thoughtful, calm, straight-forward, & reassuring. We never feel rushed when we’re with her, but especially today Dr. Roya took so much time and care in answering my teen’s many questions. We’re very lucky to have Dr. Roya as our pediatric dentist.
My 3 year old son’s check up was a breeze, everyone including the reception staff treated him like a rockstar, so friendly and warm! Dr Priya gave me a detailed analysis post the appointment too. Getting a toddler to look forward to their dental appointment is no easy feat.
