MEDSTAR HEALTH: URGENT CARE AT CAPITOL HILL REVIEWS

Today was a beautiful day outside and a beautiful day at MedStar urgent care. From start to finish the people were courteous and ready to address what ever my needs were. The doctors were patient and thoroughly explained the issues and treatment options. The wait time was met with promptness.The overall experience was excellent and deserves the five star rating.

This place was absolutely amazing. Even though it was very busy I was only able to stay for a certain amount of time. When I told the front desk that they immediately brought me back into the waiting room and really helped me. I really love this place I felt heard, seen and important! The doctor was hot! Had a good time.

Front desk ladies were kind and efficient; was seen on time; check in nurse was also efficient , concerned and kind; treating PA was good too. Overall great experience with caring professionals. Thank you.

CEDAR HILL URGENT CARE REVIEWS

I was pleasantly surprised at how soon we were seen and how smooth the appointment went, although it wasn't very busy. We had just left another urgent care facility that only had one doctor on staff. We were informed that we could sign in, but there was no guarantee we would be seen. Smh. So we took the trek to this facility and it was all good. The staff was pleasant and the doctor was patient and informative.

Today, I took my daughter here for the first time. The check-in process was smooth, and we waited for less than 40 minutes. All of the staff members were very kind. The male PA we saw during our urgent care visit had excellent bedside manner; he was professional, informative, and attentive. He truly was amazing! I highly recommend this place—10/10.

Highly recommend! I went in as a walk-in and the wait was surprisingly short, especially for a Friday afternoon/evening. I was expecting a longer wait, but it turns out they only had one provider, and he was excellent. The entire staff, from the security officer in the waiting area to the triage nurse, were all incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. After having positive experiences at other GW Health locations and less favorable ones at their emergency room, I’ll definitely be making this my go-to urgent care facility.

ALLCARE PRIMARY & IMMEDIATE CARE REVIEWS

I had a wonderful experience with Allcare, Wisconsin Av. I got a same day appointment for 6:45 for a strep throat test. Stacy, Dr Adam’s nurse, called at 4:30 and suggested I come in early in case I would need a prescription before the CVS closed. Thank you, Stacy! I am positive and did get my script filled. Dr. Adams gave me good advice and I am so grateful they are so conveniently located in Cleveland Park! My daughter also uses Allcare in this location for her children needing Urgent Care. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

Dr. Adams is very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with me and prescribe me with medication that I feel confident will have me feeling much better soon. I look forward to my follow up visit. Thank you.

The Wisconsin ave location is 10/10 staff was friendly welcoming definitely felt comfortable and they all were very attentive especially my new doctor.
