The UPS Store

Excellent service by an employee. Helped me with copying and multiple mailings regarding sensitive time documents, carefully checking each address, and looking up information to ensure proper mailing. Took time with each person even when they were under strict covid guidelines. Wore a mask, utilized hand sanitizer, and offered all individuals assistance. The insured proper number of individuals inside the store during my 2 visits. Very pleasant to each person. I just had eye surgery and was in an arm and leg brace post-injury and they managed to work with me and others efficiently. I appreciate their service and kindness.

We visit this store on a regular basis as always returning something back to an online vendor. The employees are so pleasant, friendly and helpful staffing. My husband and I feel right at home when stopping by as they definitely remember us!!

I went to the UPS store last Thursday with an Amazon return. The associate who helped me was very helpful and also handled several requests at the same time. I thought she did a great job for everyone in the store at that time.
