I have been a realtor for over 15 years and was introduced to Robert when I first started. I consider myself very fortunate to work with such a stellar inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable about every part of the home and does a very thorough inspection of each home. Inspection is normally a stressful time for buyers and he has a way of explaining everything in layman’s terms, so that they are confident in the house they’re purchasing. Robert explains issues in detail but without alarming the buyers. I feel like he inspects every home as if it’s his own and truly cares about each of my clients. Very professional, easy to work with, easy to schedule. My clients have all loved him and are grateful for his help. Robert is very, very patient with my clients and will even respond years after they’ve moved in.

We just had a great experience with Robert’s Advanced Inspection service during the past weekend. Our original inspector with a different company got sick, and Robert came out on very short notice. He was incredibly detailed in his report and spent the time to walk us through all the questions we had. We highly recommend him for anyone looking for an inspector!
