Bryan & Bryan Inspections

I was referred to this company by a friend that had recently purchased a home. I have dealt with other inspection companies in the past and this was by far my best experience. I was impressed from the moment I made the call. Wonderful customer service over the phone. Kristi was knowledgeable and professional - and she really seemed to enjoy her job - as she was so good at it. Colin - my inspector - was excellent. Through and thoughtful, professional and experienced - and he also seemed like he enjoyed his job. He was patient and able to explain things to me in a way I could understand. If I could have given him 10 stars I would have. For the wisdom he imparted to me - it was indeed a good value. I wish I could thank them both again. Great experience that left me feeling like I’m so much better off having them inspect the home for me.

Wow! What an incredible experience with Bryan & Bryan Inspections! The inspector was thorough and professional. In addition, the pictures, videos, and explanations were clear and understandable. And the greatest perk is that they were also the least expensive option in the area (after calling down a list of approximately seven different companies). I would recommend this company without any reservations.

I was really happy with the inspection performed by Jordan Cummins recently. I'm a first time home buyer and didn't really know what to expect. He suggested I meet him at the house and went over everything on the report with me. I'm very happy to have such a thorough report so I know exactly what I'm getting into! Thank you, Jordan!!!!
