I recently worked with Robert for a home inspection and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. He did a fantastic job of explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to answer all of my questions. Not only did he find a lot of small issues that I wouldn't have noticed on my own, but he also uncovered some bigger issues that were important to know about. Our experience with GreenWorks was exceptional. Their technician, Bret Smith, contacted us and our Realtor in advance and set expectations and settled some of our concerns. He was punctual, professional, focused, and even provided us with knowledge about different areas of the home as we had questions or he found things. He was pleasant, genuinely seemed to enjoy his work, and was thorough. We feel confident and assured as we proceed with the home purchase. Greenworks team recently inspected an office condo unit for me. Andrea helped schedule the appointment and answered all my questions in detail. They were even able to make time slots available over the weekend, which was very convenient even though I ended up not needing it. Rick was our inspector and he was very thorough with the work. After completing the inspection he walked me through a summary of his findings. The inspection report was available to us within 6 hours the same evening. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.
