Bryan & Bryan provided a great service. Scheduling inspection was fast and easy, even on a short notice. The office communication and updates were seamless. The inspector, Javier was very detailed and professional. He took time to debrief me after the inspection and warmly welcomed all my questions, providing clear answers to any concern about the home. Report came in same day and no stress going through it because Javier already went through most of the details. I highly recommend Bryan & Bryan.

Keith the Home Inspector arrived on time and was very diligent in the process. He encouraged me to be on site during the inspection and always took the time to stop what he was doing to address any of my concerns. He explained the entire process from start to finish. He discovered many issues with the property we were interested in which allowed me to be much more informed about my purchase. All of our conversation were very fluid and he patiently explained everything with sound reasoning. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience.
