Your Time Home Inspections

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Luis showed up early, was extremely thorough, took time to answer all of our questions, and took the time to teach us about the purpose, proper maintenance, and repairs needed for different parts of the house. We had the full inspection report minutes after the inspection was done. It was a little hard to understand his English at times, but he repeated himself as many times as needed for us to understand what he was saying. All of the information was in the report anyways. He also gave us a home maintenance guide which will be very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very professional and on time. Inspector was kind enough to explain his findings. Inspection report was thorough. Inspector said he would give it to us the same day, and it was done. Although the robot was not present, the pictures were great. Elvia was present and accessible for questions. A big plus. Thank you.

Very good service provided by Luis Vargas, very profesional and .... he gets in everywhere to make sure everything is well inspected!
