I could not be happier with my home inspection! This is all new to me, so trust in my inspector was important. He was extremely prompt, patient with me in my delay arriving, and very informative. I'm glad I sprung for the optional (but recommended) sewer inspection as his camera found debris in the lines that could cause a backup later. DO IT! Well worth the minimal cost for preventing big costs later. He not only explained what he found, but the reason they are important. Highly recommend Fidelity Home Inspection.

Purchasing a home is scary, but Michael came just a few days after we requested the inspection. He inspected from the roof to the attic to the foundation and then presented us with a thorough report. Carl was our home inspector. He did an excellent job! He was thorough and his report was very detailed. He explained the report to us before sending us a copy. He answered all our questions. After reviewing the report I had a question so, I contacted him the next day. He promptly returned my call and addressed my concern. HIGHLY recommended!
