Highly recommend! Very organized, detailed oriented, and thorough team. I had a great experience with this team. Duke city provides the same-day report, which is extremely helpful if under pressure during the closing process. The report was complete and easy to follow. I also had another experience that I would like to share. I asked for an air duct check, assuming some underground ducts. After checking the house, the inspector called me and informed me that there were only a few ducts. Duke city refunded me despite the time the inspector spent.

Duke City Inspections and Danny in particular were awesome! We're first-time homebuyers and Danny made sure to go through everything thoroughly and plainly for us, as well as give us solid next steps for one or two problems that came up. They're honest and trustworthy, too - they refunded us for an air duct inspection after finding that our kind of ducts didn't require one! I can't recommend them highly enough. Friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly great at their jobs.

Rudy was an excellent inspector for my first house purchase. He was communicative, patient with my questions, and detailed both in his inspection of the property and explanation of any issues to me.
