I had the best experience with Zsako Home Inspections! Ken was punctual to our scheduled inspection. He was very professional and friendly. He explained all expectations from the beginning, and didn’t hesitate once to answer my question regarding something, even if I felt it was a dumb question. He allowed me to follow him through the entire inspection, and would ease my anxiety over items that were being discussed. Being a first time home buyer, this was very overwhelming, but Ken’s experienced, attention to detail, and patience with me helped make the process so much easier. I highly recommend this company!

Our inspector’s name was Dylan. He was incredibly kind from the start. He was insanely knowledgeable about everything and any questions we had during the inspections process, he would answer with amazing detail. It made us feel extremely assured that every part of the house was being analyzed. Dylan’s report of the house after the full inspection was incredibly straight forward but also came with great detail on areas that were not perfect. I would recommend him 10 times over. This was a wonderful experience.

We bought a house while stationed overseas with the military. Zsako was one of 3 companies recommended by our realtor. I booked them based off their high reviews and was not disappointed. They were easy to communicate with, and their report and payment systems were completely automated, which made using them from overseas very easy. The inspection was very detailed and included photos showing areas of concern and also readings of various devices. It even included photos of the stove and oven turned on and working. I would use them again and again.
