It was my first time ordering outdoor shelter tents for an event and after calling several places I became somewhat frustrated at the lack of communication. When I called Backyard party rental all my questions were answered and I had a contract e-mailed the same day. I was impressed. They delivered and picked up as indicated. The placement in my yard was amazing. Good job!! Would definitely recommend and use their service again!

Backyard Party Supply provided both an exceptional tent & service. We had our wedding outside and on the water this past August. Mike who owns the company met me in the winter to scope out the venue and suggest the ideal size of tent. We ended up renting a 45' x 30' frame tent for just over 100 guests, which was the perfect size.The crew set-up the tent the day before and broke down the tent the day after. The crew communicated their set-up time and I was able to meet them on-site for last minute instructions. They were very accommodating and really set-up everything exactly as communicated. The tent was clean and in great condition. I would highly recommend Backyard Party Supply for quality, cost and service. Mike was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction. We will definitely use Backyard Party Supply for any parties and/or functions in the future.
