Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

We were a party of 4 + 1 infant in stroller dined in for early lunch at 11.30am. This restaurant is strategically located in times Square. First floor is a souvenir shop. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator if you have an infant in a stroller. It was wheelchair accessible. It was a large restaurant. Space between tables is enough to have our baby's stroller next to my seat comfortably. Our waitress was AG. She was friendly yet efficient in taking our orders. We ordered 3 meals to share: the platter, clam chowder, and jambalaya. All were served pretty quickly. Jambalaya and clam chowder were good. The platter was okay. Love the cocktail selection.

Bubba Gump restaurants are consistently clean, delicious and well-decorated. This location is no exception! We liked being able to view Times Square from a quiet booth, which is a welcome respite from the chaos outside. Our waiter, Emanuel, even did some fun movie trivia with us and offered to take our photo. Good vibes overall.

My mom and I come here every year for our December vacation. My mom looks forward to getting the shrimp. We have Bubba Gumps where we live, but it's a different kind of experience being able to eat and see the beautiful view of Times Square! Service is always great, and food always hits.
