Adele’s Famous Halal Food in NYC is hands down one of the best halal food spots in the city! The lines were insanely long—we waited over an hour—but every single bite made it 100% worth it. The chicken and lamb over rice is packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and incredibly juicy. Their famous white sauce is creamy and rich, while the hot sauce adds just the right kick. We ended up coming back five times because we simply couldn’t get enough! The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and the balance of flavors is just perfect. The food is made right in front of you, adding to the excitement. Even late at night, the quality remains top-notch, and the staff works hard to keep up with the demand. The aroma alone will draw you in, and once you take that first bite, you’ll understand why people are willing to wait so long. If you’re in NYC and love street food, Adele’s is an absolute must-try. We would go back again and again without hesitation!

It definitely lives up to the hype. I wouldn’t wait over an hour, though, so my biggest advice is to come past midnight to avoid the long lines. I arrived at 2 AM and only waited 10 minutes. I got their famous chicken over rice and absolutely inhaled it. What sets them apart from other halal trucks is that with their popular, they can run two trucks at once, keeping everything really fresh.

My friend recommended this insanely famous NYC Halal cart, and I had to try it! Other than the fact that it is winter and cold, there was still a waiting queue to get food here, and the hype is real..it was worth the wait! I had chicken over rice with regular rice and hot sauce on the side. Absolutely recommended it!

When they started, it was a hidden gem, but now it’s become a staple in Jackson Heights, and for good reason. The birria here is unbeatable. Their tacos are perfectly crispy and packed with cheese, and every bite is just packed with flavor.The vibe hasn’t changed, though — the staff is still super friendly and efficient, and they never skimp on the portion sizes. The place may be simple, but the food is top-tier. The lines might be longer these days, but it’s 100% worth the wait. I’m so glad they’re getting the recognition they finally deserve, but I’ll always be a loyal regular after a long day of work. One of the best tacos I’ve ever had! Their birria tacos are flavorful, crispy, and filled with tender beef. The consomé is rich and savory, a must-try! This spot is always busy for a reason, and the service is top-notch. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The lady who works there was very nice and friendly. The food was prepared very quickly and it tasted splendid, especially the consome! I recommend you to go there. 5 stars!
