Chef Jean-Georges is a master at maintaining ingredients' essence while inventively producing the best flavor. Jean-Georges presents exquisitely crafted dishes blending French, Asian, and American influences. Jean-Georges Restaurant provides a two-course lunch menu for a terrific value. In addition, the restaurant offers both a three-course prix-fixe menu and two six-course tasting menus. The prix-fixe and tasting menus are available Monday to Sunday for dinner.
