Sushi Yasuda serves traditional sushi using fish flown in from Japan served in a minimalist, bamboo setting. Sushi Yasuda is one of the top sushi places in NYC, having Michelin Star (2019 & 2021). They prepare remarkable food in this unique atmosphere that must be experienced and shared. The staff will serve you the best with the explanation and the details of the dish. The place is always clean and the workers are always friendly. Everybody comes for the fixed price menu, which offers you a combination of sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls. Sushi Yasuda offers seven or eight main choices for tuna “fattiness” that apply to the hon-maguro (bluefin) and Mebachi-maguro (big-eye) tunas. Sushi Yasuda is open for indoor dining.
