I went to Best Bagel Coffee, and I was impressed. As a bagel lover, I decided to try this option, and it was undoubtedly the best decision. The place is quite small, with around 6-7 tables inside and two small ones outside. Due to its popularity and the quality of the bagels, the place is usually busy, so taking your order to go and enjoying it elsewhere might be the best option if you don’t want to wait for a table. Although, if you’re patient, waiting for one of the few vacant tables might be worthwhile. I loved the originality of the place, especially how they have their menus hanging from the ceiling. They offer a wide variety of bagels with different cream cheese flavors, and all their ingredients look incredibly fresh. The day I visited with my family, we tried bagels of various flavors and truly loved them. I highly recommend this place, 100% for both locals and visitors in New York. It’s undoubtedly a must-stop to savor these delicious, fresh, hot bagels with incredibly tasty cream cheese.

Fantastic experience here, was told to go here by numerous people and was not disappointed at all. Had a beautiful breakfast bagel, toasted and ate outside at one of the smaller tables. Would have been nice to get a table inside but the place is that busy it’s hard to snag a table. Very good vibes inside, the popular bagels are pictured hanging from the ceiling inside and gives a pretty cool, unique feel. Full turkey crowns, hams and other meats are seen in the fridges as well so you can see exactly what you are getting! Brilliant.

The line is long, but the food service is fast. The process of ordering, paying, and serving is efficiently divided, making it very convenient. The staff taking orders are also very attentive. The bagels are tasty, and the cream cheese and salmon are quite delicious too.

Liberty Bagels Midtown is absolute chaos in the best possible way. Place was packed—standing room only—like a bagel-themed subway car at rush hour. But honestly? Worth it. The bagels are so good they should come with a warning label. Chewy, fresh, and clearly the reason everyone in Midtown decided to be in the same square footage at the same time. Staff somehow kept things moving despite the crowd, which felt like an Olympic-level achievement. If you’re looking for a quiet, meditative breakfast… this ain’t it. If you want a top-tier bagel and a story to tell afterward, get in line and embrace the madness.

Unbelievable bagels and great service! I stopped by Liberty Bagels Midtown during a mother–daughter weekend in NYC, and it did not disappoint! It’s an easy walk from 5th Avenue, and even though the line forms outside, it moves quickly thanks to the nice gentleman managing the flow of traffic. Orders are handled super efficiently—pickups are brought right to the door for fast access. Inside there’s a small standing bar, and outside you’ll find a few tables on the patio if you want to enjoy your food there. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was incredible. I had a blueberry bagel with egg, sausage, and cheese—honestly one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. And don’t skip the hash browns—they’re worth it! Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving a true New York bagel experience.

The best bagels in midtown in my opinion. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a garlic bagel, so good. The shop is extremely crowded every time I'm in, but the service is quick and you're in and out very fast. I also got a dozen bagels which was quick and easy.
