Thanks to the Service Department for replacing the battery in my alarm system within an hour after I made the call. Jason, Jeff and Mario you provided excellent Customer Service and I greatly appreciate it. Btw...the battery lasted 15 years. The system was installed when the house was built.

I have been with Advanced Alarm for 10+ years and they are great. Great customer service, quick responses, knowledgeable and professional. I recently upgraded my system and Eric and his team made the transition seamless. Everyone I have worked with there is friendly and takes pride in what they do.
