This is a high quality company. We installed our alarm system and in-house vacum system with them 8 years ago. They put in quality systems. But what I like most is the outstanding level of service. We worked with Jeff Naab in setting up our systems and we worked with Jeff Naab when we had issues. He is unbelievably responsive and professional. I didn’t think that people like him still existed. You never see most salespeople after the sale - with Jeff Naab he stands behind you. The entire service and monitoring people are excellent as well. Jeff Naab makes Amherst Alarm a special company.

Zach provided us with service that was way above and beyond. Other service people would not do what he did. He made sure that when he left all our problems were addressed and we are grateful for him. No short cuts or its not my job. He fixed what we needed fixed and it was done professionally, perfectly, and neatly. Zach respected us and we have great respect for him. Also, I had service by the same company for a different issue and, again, excellent service was provided. You can't miss with Amherst Alarm.

Ran into an Amherst Alarm Technician today at Westminster Church today as we had attended a service. The tech went out of his way to assist us with directions and a couple other things. Was very impressed. Not a customer, but if I'm in the market for an alarm system, this would be the company.
