He inspected the entire system and was able to resolve numerous issues regarding my security home network. I am happy with the results. Omar was great! He came out to reactivate my security system and my old control panel would not work. He tried everything he could to get it up and running, but it was dead. I had to purchase a new one. Omar was professional and friendly. He really did exhaust all options to try to get the control panel to work, but technology fails sometimes. Completely not his fault! He’s returning next week to replace the control panel and reactivate my security system. I appreciate that he will come for the next appointment so I don’t have to explain everything to a new person. Thank you Omar! I appreciate you!

John was excellent. He was quick and very effcient with his work and installed our camera/security system in a timely manner and was very polite and on time. Sometimes CPI security has a hard time keeping up appointment times but John did great. Very happy with the services provided. Thank you!
