Top notch company, product, and service. Julie did an assessment of what I needed for my home and really educated me on the options. Complete "no pressure" at all! The install was also top notch - very professional installer who really knew what he was doing, helped me get up and running with the app, and helped me greatly. My home is in a downtown location and it gives me great peace of mind to have such a great and 100% reliable security system now. And after a past experience with a national company with a system that was not reliable, a 1-800 number for service, and 3 installers who could not make the system work I am SO HAPPY to be working with Iwatch now.

She recommended just what was needed and did not try to oversell us, thinking very strategically about our house design and location. Zach did a great job with the installation - he was very neat, knowledgeable, and professional. I also communicated with the owner Brian and he was very helpful and gave great advice. Overall, we have been very happy with the service.
