Vector Security

I had a great experience during my Vector Security service call. Joey called to let me know he was enroute and arrived on time in a nice company vehicle. He was friendly and pleasant to talk to and he explained everything he was doing to my kitchen monitor (which needed the service). and even serviced my other monitors and updated my signage! Vector's service fee was very affordable and actually saved me money. And as for going above and beyond, Joey gave me some great gardening and Christmas tree advice! I hope I don't have any problems with my system, but if I do. I know Vecror can handle them, and I would definitely ask for Joey!

Mr. Burwell was courteous and friendly, my dog Max liked him too! He changed my doorbell camera and took the time to fix everything and showed me how to manage the app. I'm very happy with the service I received today! Thank you.
