*The initial tech did not satisfy my needs!* Today, 02/19/2024 I received a visit from technician Todd, he provided his ETA and he arrived just as he stated. He answered my questions thoroughly and took time to thoroughly explain the system. Todd’s professional service and care gave me the feelings of a *Valued Customer.* which I did not experience at all. I will recommend Todd to my friends neighbor's or anyone interested in a Home Security System ..Thank You Todd for Excellent Service Sincerely.

Chris the Field Technician with Security Force was great! He came out to set up our security system and was very efficient and knowledgeable! He was a great person to have on the front lines! Very pleasant to deal with and patient in teaching us how to use the system. We highly recommend Security Force and Chris Broom as the Field Tech to install your system if you can request him! This is the 2nd house we have used Security Force on with Chris being the installer of the security system. Great folks!
