I have been a loyal customer for nine years now, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I have moved my business twice, and both times, the transition was seamless. Their team is highly responsive and have always been helpful whenever we've called in for tech support. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable security solution.

Replaced several sensors due to new doors as well as diagnois and fix an existing fault which was really hard to find. They needed several appointments but they did a great job of communicating while they tracked down the problem...costs were within estimates and all the service personnel were courteous and professional. I also appreciated that one technician deferred to one of his peers who had more experiece with in-door sensors so he did not risk breaking sidelights in a new entry door.
