This is the first time that I have had a problem with my septic tank. I contacted C E Taylor & Son after I received positive feedback about them from the "Happenings in Lexington" site. The call started with courteous conversation with the dispatcher and her scheduling same day service. The two employees ( Austin and Nelson ) were professional with their service and repaired the problem in a timely manner. Cost is a major concern for most people and I can say that this company's rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all of your septic tank needs.

Highly recommend C E Taylor for any septic tank needs. VERY honest company. They originally came out to install new leach lines and after looking they found I had a broken pipe causing it not to drain properly. Instead of just doing the job, he called me and was honest about what was going on, had me come look at it and saved me a lot of money. If you have any issues do yourself a favor and call the company that does the right thing. You don’t find many like this!

I highly recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends. They are very friendly and very responsive. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and I have absolutely no complaints.
