After months of another company no showing and creating an issue that went from a repair to an entire replacement of my septic field I ran across Va Septic online. I emailed the company late one evening out of desperation. The next morning I had a reply to my email from Joe. He asked me to call him to discuss. The following day Joe was at my house to come up with a game plan. I know he could sense my frustration. He just said “I’ll get this straight”. He talked to me like a normal person vs the talking down I received from the company that no showed consistently for nearly 3 months. Joe and his team knocked out this entire replacement in 2 days. I can’t recommend va septic system and repair high enough.

Joe was very polite and kept me undated with everything he was doing. He fixed my problem and explained to how I was operate the pump manually until the water level was low enough to leave the pump on. I will use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Joe and his team were absolutely amazing. We own a wedding venue and had concerns about our tank being replaced before our next event. Joe helped us get permit approved and job completed quickly. I can’t say enough good things about VSSR!!! Thank You.
