Life Storage Louisville

The other day I went to Public Storage to upgrade my storage unit to a bigger size. And I have to admit Matt took great care of me. He had a checked the computer and found a bigger unit was available, he gave me a ride in the golf cart to go look at the unit and then we came back and completed the transaction! Just like that , I was in out in about 20 minutes. More importantly, my unit is available 24/7 and that’s what I love most! Thanks Matt.

The rental process was quick and easy and the property is kept free of debris. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I was given a unit with an old door, which seems a little less secure and is certainly less attractive. I was told that was all that was available, but I had no way to confirm that in real time.

Wonderful experience with Life Storage on Dixie Highway. The employee on duty has been very helpful in helping me with billing issues recently. He is always available for questions, comments and concerns.
