Public Storage Memphis

My move in and move out experience was a breeze! Special thanks to the front desk lady Caroline for helping me out so much with clear and respectful communication. I really appreciate her professionalism and her ability to make sure things are going well. On 6/30/2023 in 97 degree weather i moved a washer, dryer, mattress and box spring out of my unit alone on an extremely humid day. I took a break inside of my vehicle without closing my storage unit, Caroline came by immediately to make sure i was ok and even offered me a bottle of water. I definitely recommend this storage unit location.

Caroline was extremely helpful in resolving a late fee issue. She was professional and got back to me when she said she would. This caliber of customer service is rare these days, but Caroline represents Public Storage very well.

Caroline is one marvelous, super nice, kind individual very helpful with my storage needs thank you.
