TOP 3 NICKY'S THAI KITCHEN REVIEWS
My life has been better knowing this place exists. My colleagues and I came here late on a weekday and had the perfect dining experience. We tried a bunch of items on the menu and each dish I tried was better than the last. It's truly a place to have a dining experience. The service was impeccable, the presentation of the food was gorgeous, and the restaurant is pristine. I'll be coming back often and regularly.
This place was so good. They have a large menu with many options. They serve lots of non alcoholic drinks, which is a plus for me. The dessert menu also has a few options. The food was delicious and had a really authentic taste to it. I’d recommend to stick to mild as a spice level, as the food can be rather spicy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience.
This place is a Gem! The rice was sticky just the way I like my rice. I had the lobster rice spicey with a pineapple Margarita. The atmosphere was very rich in their Thai history. I highly recommend.

TOP 3 SMILING BANANA LEAF REVIEWS
Wow! This place is sooo good. I stumbled by Smiling Banana Leaf on google maps and decided to try it out with my friends tonight & we don’t regret it at all! I ordered the Pad Thai, the crispy taro spring roll, and Thai Iced Tea. The Pad Thai was delightful and the portion sizes were HUGE. The crispy taro spring roll was very yummy too, especially with the sweet & sour sauce. The Thai Iced Tea was a hitttttt. Service was fast & the employees were friendly.
Wonderful food. I asked for a spicy seven for my Tom Yumand it's just exactly what I wanted. My girlfriend had a spice level one Tom Kha and it was very mild The soups are hardy with lots of vegetables and protein. It's exactly what you need to warm you up on a cold night. When I was there, I was waiting outside and the staff was kind enough to offer me a place to stand and wait for my food inside to avoid the cold weather. They're all very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable with what comes with the food and how it's cooked. A very small quaint place that I would definitely visit again.
The greatest Thai restaurant in Pittsburgh. Everything on the menu is Food comes in large portions. It's a small intimate place which is perfect for dates. Staff is always more than friendly and happy to serve you. BYOB is a huge plus.

TOP 3 THAI ME UP REVIEWS
We ordered take out and the meals were ready to be picked up quickly. I was surprised by how cute both the outside and inside were, and their food truck that was parked outside was also pretty neat! I had the chicken pad Thai and my friend had the pineapple fried rice with chicken. I enjoyed my meal and my friend raved about how good his was!
Very cute, homey, earthy vibes. We got the papaya salad, pork buns, thai fried rice and pad thai and they were all delicious. The papaya salad was very authentic (we recommend spice level 8+ for maximum enjoyment - if you can handle spice of course). It is also attached to a small asian mart that was fun to look through after eating (can walk into the store from the restaurant)
Food was amazing, we drove 1.5 hrs to try thai me up and it did not disappoint. Extensive menu everyone in my family gave the food 5 stars prices are a little high compared to other thai restaurants I've been too but it was worth it excellent in my opinion
