Mr. Anthony was fantastic in customer service and explained that he will have a tow truck to us as soon as possible. Within an hour to an hour and half I received a call and the tow driver Mr. David was here and also great customer service, fantastic and safe driving and professional. AAA sent out metro motors and Hisham was absolutely excellent. He expertly navigated a huge truck in and out of a tight city garage 3 floors down and did it all in 10 minutes without a scratch. Absolutely incredible maneuvering skills and just a really nice, friendly person. Made a terrible afternoon bright, thank you!

Great service from these guys today! Truck was dispatched and arrived at my location very quickly. Both dispatch and truck driver were very friendly. Driver took excellent care of my car will lifting and got it to its destination for repair without any issues. I highly recommend that you don’t require a tow in the first place. But if you do need one, call Metro Motor. They were great.
