Oz was great! He came and verify my information and is now towing my car at this very moment to where it needs to go. Kept it short and sweet & did what needed to be done with a smile on his face. For me it’s all about how you represent and because I’ve dealt with rude representatives in the past I’m glad to have met Oz. & because of this I’m definitely planning on using Ward’s Towing again in the future.

Our experience earlier tonight was fantastic. Don actually showed up 30 minutes earlier than what AAA had given us for his eta. So, bonus points for that! As for the rest of our service appointment, we couldn't have had a better experience in general. Don was professional, friendly, helpful and caring.
