I highly recommend Tungsten Prep. The staff and tutors are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personal and responsive. The company's principals all show a high degree of compassion and individualized interest in their students -- neither our daughter or we as parents ever felt that we were just another family cycling in and out of a tutoring/test prep business. Equally importantly, our daughter benefited tremendously in terms of her academic success and in increasing her test scores significantly on the ACT -- and I give special kudos to her tutors for coaching her in the test-taking process and strategies. Our experience with Tungsten Prep was fantastic.
