I cannot recommend Joe enough as a furniture repair technician. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he was also a true customer advocate throughout the entire process. He even took the time to be friendly with my dog, which just added an extra level of comfort for me as a pet owner. Joe didn't give up until he found the root cause of the issue with the motor in my sectional sofa set, and I truly appreciate his dedication to his work.
